During the history of mankind, the western society used to exiles criminals. Even these days, we still exile felons to a closed system that it’s nature is known only to a few.
Is it the right solution to deal with crime? Does the jail system capable of accomplishing it’s legal duty; not only to separate criminals from society, but also to rehabilitate them?
